Me and Wifey came here for Mother’s Day. We walked straight in at 4:45 with no wait for a nice booth. Service was slow but waitress was nice. Took about 30 minutes for 2 waters and one bottle of beer. We shared a deluxe #2 meal but were not allowed to substitute a side so I ordered a full price cajun rice. Our food came out fresh and hot and King Crab, Snow Crab and shrimps were great. I was given a Veterans discount which was nice since ticket was way over $100 for just two people. Worst part of dinner was having to eat off Styrofoam plates, plastic forks, and paper cups like it was a fast food place. Didn’t understand the slow service because even after 2 hours there it actually got less busy.

For my first visit overall it was great. I will come go back but I will wait to give more time for staffing. It took about 15-20 minutes for the server to acknowledge we were there. I know she walked past us twice before saying a word. After the initial greet we waited to place our drink order. So, 30 minutes just to order drinks. Throughout the meal service improved but was still lacking. After dinner we paid and left. In the time it took for us to reach the car and walk back in (less than 2 minutes) the table was cleaned and one bag of food was thrown away or someone took it one. The young lady was nice just overwhelmed at the time. Great food!

Husband and I went in for the very first time. We ordered and when our shrimp came they were not cleaned out. I asked a passing waitress, which was super nice. And she said they are suppose to have a slit & she will get a manager. Our waitress came by and she said the same thing.

Ordered Special #1 extra hot. Came with so much spices all over it I had to wipe off the corn to eat. The crab was so overcooked it was almost impossible to get out of the shell. When crab is properly cooked, it will “crack” when you fold it. This was soft so you could squeeze, twist, fold and it would just not open. Next day I had stomach cramps and was sick for 2 days. I can’t say I’m 100% sure it was this place, but I’m 56 and know how my body reacts when something bad is introduced to it. I wasn’t impressed by the atmosphere or the service either. Writing on the walls and plastic silverware for what they charge is just not worth it for me.

My husband and I came here for dinner.. The seafood basket was very delicious and well seasoned, and the Tasty Noodles was very satisfying and delicious as well.. BUT the best part about my dine in experience was the customer service received by our server Ciera.. She was very attentive, she made sure that our drinks were never empty, and served us in a very prompt manner. This is the best customer service we have received from Anywhere since the pandemic began..Ciera definitely deserves a raise. I wish all restaurants offered great servers like hers.
