Worst location ever. I don’t usually eat at this locations because the brand is pretty delicious for fast food. But, I came here for something they advertise. Their birria box. I got a burrito. Which I asked for sour cream on the side. And a classic tostada. And drinks.

Ordered curbside. Around the estimated time my order will be ready, I informed the app I was on my way. When I got there informed the app I was there. Waited 15 minutes, no one came out. Went to drive thru waited 20 minutes. When I finally get to order, I informed them that I’m picking up my app order. I was told that it’s not ready and I would need to drive around the block and park. How can a fast food chicken restaurant not have a chicken ready? At this point I inform them to just cancel my order. To add salt to the wound, my order shows completed on the app and was charged. Now I have to deal with my credit card company to file a charge back.

Unacceptable operation. Friendly employees working their butts off, but the store is totally understaffed. 30 minutes between ordering and food being ready. After 30 minutes wait I was told that the chicken I ordered was not ready. A substitute was offered and accepted. Drink machine only had salt water. Took 30 minutes to fix since the employees were overwhelmed. Food was good.

My chicken in the burrito was extremely salty and the cheese was supposed to be melted cheese and I got cold shredded cheese. My tacos were carelessly wrapped and half of my taco filling was all over the bag.. Never gave me my salsa, and gave me stale chips. The person at the window seemed to be in a bad mood or stressed but there wasn’t a line behind me and i was as polite as I can be for the lack of that being returned back to me…so I’m not sure what’s going on at this particular spot. I stopped going for a long time because of how bad the customer service was but decided to give a second chance today and was convinced this is a really bad el pollo loco location…

Seems like no wants to work here and always have an attitude every time. They close before the time they say they do and take forever to take your order. Literally need a whole new crew or start taking your job serious cuz as a customer I want to be treated well instead of some annoyed employees wanting to get through their shift.

I went to El pollo loco to eat the new Burria taco first they said they have it they charge me and five minutes later came said we don’t have it u chicken taco instead I said no I want that new taco. Later she said we have to make u have to wait 15 minutes first it’s very bad service no normal customer service I had to wait 15 minutes to take my order. What kind of service is this next time I won’t be coming the old pollo loco was better.

Bad, really bad customer service, I ordered a pollo bowl, there were only two pieces of chicken the rest was leftovers from the cutting table and the pieces were burned, they have no salsas variety, only the green salsa, I ordered flour tortillas and got corn, rice tasted old and hard, it was salty, I had to return my food and ask for a refund, I got nothing but bad attitude from the manager, he didn’t want to give me a refund at first, the place was dirty, trash cans full, old food at the entrance, small cramped parking lot,overall VERY VERY bad experience. Never coming back here.

I don’t really like posting negative reviews unless they actually did something bad but man the chicken in this location is dry as heck. They have no pride in what they do. Pollo loco has really gone downhill, or maybe it’s just this location. Service was ok but the food needs some love.
