I wish I could give zero stars.. Where do I start? My wife’s voice is out, so she had an order typed out on message for the cashier to easily see. I am not sure if she just didn’t enter in our order correctly, or the kitchen messed up, but either way, she took the order back, and they didn’t want to honor what we had ordered. They wanted to charge the difference for the fries and the cheese sticks, which again, was clearly typed out for the cashier to read… And the food wasn’t just slightly wrong, it was completely wrong. After them attempting to fix it, they messed up the hot dog again. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE PLAIN, stated many times, and of course it wasn’t.. The cashier wanted to argue, and the customer service was just god awful. The owner doesn’t understand what it takes to actually be successful (Probably why they still only have one spot…) DO NOT RECOMMEND. TRASH

Delicious gourmet burgers! My favorite California Burrito in Bakersfield thus far these things are gigantic and can easily feed two adults. The Buffalo chicken fries are also a great choice, the Buffalo sauce flavor is not overpowering and it’s just the right amount with the added ranch dressing. Highly recommend Juicy Burger !!!!

Save your money. This place is trash. It was good back in 2011. Something changed . My “JUICY” burger patty was literally smaller and dryer than a McDonald’s kids meal patty… The soda fountain has been out of service for months. They say supply issue. But all the other restaurants in town work just fine. They should be embarrassed and shut down. They got Harris Ranch sign on the door.. that’s straight false advertisement… the place is a joke. The burger patties were super dry and flavorless. The fries were kind of soggy. I originally wanted to get a california burrito since i saw the pictures in the reviews but i settled for a burger. I hope the cooks can try out their own burger and compare it to other burger spots so they can see what im talking about. Wish them the best. Hope they can change up the burger patty recipe and improve this burger spot.
