Worst experience ever. Will never go back. Placed carry out order at 615 pm on Friday 11/18. Was told pick up in 20 minutes. Arrived at 640 and front door was locked. Manager came to door and said drive thru only. Got in line 646. The line was wrapped completely around the building, approximately ten cars ahead of me. Waited AN HOUR in drive thru line to get a cold (the boxes were not even warm anymore) horribly burnt cheese pizza (I ordered pepperoni) – its not even edible, its burnt so bad (!!) and not even half filled cheese cups for my party order of breadsticks. I have been to this location so many times in the past and never had any issues. I want my money back! I will be calling corporate Monday. Calling the store leads to a callcenter. I will NEVER go back here and I will tell everyone I know not to waste their time (over and hour) and money ($38) either. Whoever the manager is at this location needs to be on a performance improvement plan because closing the lobby and making people wait in drive thru for an hour for TERRIBLE food is UNACCEPTABLE.

Went to Donatos to get one pizza and breadsticks. They said 15 minutes over the phone. Showed up to pick up the order 45 minutes later and stood there while all the employees were on the back playing on their phones. They were not busy at all. 15 minutes later, somebody finally came to cash me out and there was no cash drawer so I told them to keep the change. No big deal. When I got to my car, I noticed my pizza box was filled with cheese sauces. No pizza. I went back inside and the manager told me he would remake it after I’ve waited all that time for my order. Apparently, they had mixed up my order with someone else’s. Not only that, they gave me two breadsticks cut in half and put in a box. Not even a full order of breadsticks. (The birds got those). I asked him for a refund and he said for what? Uh… the pizza I never received? The best part is when I got home, I called customer service, and the woman on the phone told me that all restaurants are having problems right now and started laughing.. there was plenty of staff there, so there shouldn’t be an issue.. She said “it seems like you’ve been taken care of then” once I told her about the refund and then she hung up the phone. I wasted all that time today and never got lunch.

I had horrible troubles with the online process and my order was messed up digitally. Thankfully, the manager was extremely professional and understanding and resolved the entire situation immediately. Food was great and management was exceptional.

Definitely the nastiest pizza I’ve ever had. Little to no cheese, at least 2-3 inches of crust. Anyone who gave more than a one star has to work there. Never had any pizza this bad

I order from this restaurant a couple times a month. I always get it delivered because my spouse and is share a vehicle and he works evenings. They NEVER bring my extra sauces that I order. It’s frustrating because I have to pay for them, but never receive them and I don’t have a way to go to the restaurant and pick them up. I end up spending money that I don’t get back. They should really double check orders before they send them out.

Order for delivery promised by 6:52. 7:30 comes around, nothing. Try calling their customer service or whoever takes orders. Couldn’t get with them, I called the direct number kept getting hung up on. I drive to the store, meet with the rudest person. Explain the situation. I got “ okay and? We are short staffed I only have one driver.” First of all an apologize would be nice. Another person brought out our pizza that has been sitting there for who knows how long. I refused the order due to it just sitting out, also I had to drive there! I’m not paying a delivery fee for me picking it up. Didn’t offer to remove the delivery fee, nothing . After I refused and asked for a manger. Informed there is no general manager, no district manager, just a 1800 number. This place is run by arrogant teenagers. Will not be back.

Been coming here for years and I’ve never had an unpleasant experience. Kind of baffled to see all of the one stars honestly. I must be really lucky. Staff is always friendly and pizza is always good and the breadsticks. 1 time they might have missed a cheese upband that’s about it. Things happen
