A couple buddies of mine and I took a trip down here to relax. A family friend suggested that we go here, saying their Hoagies were very good. We came around 11:45 on a Sunday. It was busy, but the atmosphere was very nice. Felt open and was pleasing to the eye.

Always come here when I’m in town. If you like Jersey Mike’s, you’ll love their hot hoagies. Super friendly service and a great place to sit and eat. Very cheap prices for a perfect amount of food. I always just get the 1/3 size, and it always fills me up.

Amazing place to visit, one of my daughters favorite places and quickly becoming one of mine. The management and team members are amazing and super friendly. There was an issue with my order, all I can say is WOW! They took care of me like the family they liked. They didn’t say “sorry”, just took responsibility and fixed the issue. Spent many years going to this shop in Menomonie when I lived there and went through college. Revisited the restaurant on a trip with my significant other. Drove quite a bit out of the way due to the fond moments I’ve spent there in the past. The restaurant has definitely had some great changes over a short time and is one of the worst places I’ve been to in a long time. Seems to be the workers at the shop who want to portray themselves as peace loving hippies are some of the most rude and unfriendly employees I’ve ever seen working in the food service industry! Any question was answered with a snide remark. Ordered chilly and it arrived ice cold. I went up to the counter to address the cold chilly and I was told that I got exactly what I ordered. Every person in this establishment just had a terrible attitude towards anyone that wasn’t in their click. Ordering water isn’t even an option. Your only option is to buy bottled water $$$. Tried to order a whole sandwich only with no mayo on half the sandwich. The rude employee taking the order wouldn’t let us order that. We had to order 2 half sandwiches for an additional $4.00 just to get no mayo on half. I will never visit this restaurant again! I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone ever again! Pretty sad because this restaurant used to be one of my favorite places to visit. I’d drive miles out of the way to stop and eat there. This last visit and the combined experience with the food quality, very rude employees, and ridiculous concepts to swindle people for every single penny they can has definitely made me never want to visit this restaurant again. Every aspect that one goes to a restaurant for was absolutely unacceptable! Do not go to this restaurant!

The Acoustic Cafe is a great place to casually gather or grab a bite to eat at any time of day. They have a ton of seating options for individuals or groups, and the atmosphere is super laid back. All of these great characteristics are amplified when they have live artists playing. Highly recommended for breakfast, lunch or a late night snack!

Whenever I am visiting Eau Claire I always go here for a coffee. They do sell one the best coffee in the town. They have a big seating place and its fairly busy during the morning/afternoon. The employees are friendly and nice. They sell sandwiches, soup, cookies and muffins. I just wished they had more variety of breakfast menu though. But beside that its a good place to chill.

This place is super chill and a great place to study. They benefit from many things compared to other cafés in downtown Eau Claire: they are open later than others and they have an amazing food and bakery menu (food is made right up until closing). They also made the best blended dirty chai I have ever tasted! I just wish that they had comfier seating…
