I have been a buyer of Papa Johns products for many years. There has never been such a service that I received from these guys yesterday. I ordered the delivery, indicated the method of payment in cash, waited two hours, although the delivery was supposed to be within 40 minutes. But my order never came to me. The application stated that it was delivered. Then I called them to find out what happened. They said they didn’t find my house, it’s strange, it’s on the maps. They clarified once again how I would pay, I said in cash. When an hour later, my order was delivered, the receipt indicated an amount of $ 10 more than the one in my order. As a result, the deliverer did not have change. To sum up: I received my order in 3 hours and paid $13 more. You guys have great service!

Thin crust pizza no longer comes with garlic sauce we found that out after we ordered. Also ordered extra sauce did not receive that. They did offer to remake the order because one of the pizzas were also made incorrectly, but with up to a 2 hour wait. I usually have great experiences with this location but not this one. I believe that if you have someone purchase things to add on to your order they should be in your order. I get that a lot of locations are short staffed but this is about the current staff following simple instructions.

This is the 4th or 5th time this has happened at this location. I usually don’t complain because I don’t want to be wasteful. If you order pizza at any of the other locations in Atlanta you get a perfect pizza because they are owned by corporate. This is the only locally owned franchise location in Atlanta. How hard is it to put sauce then cheese then meats on top. Missing cheese on 1/3 of your pizza is ridiculous.

It’s now apparently obvious why your reviews are so low. In placing an advanced order for 6 pizzas to be delivered 5 days from now, the lady on the phone was rude, not helpful and had the expression that I was wasting her time. In trying to clarify the order with the already poor communication I was receiving she then decided to hang up on me. I called the store back and three different people came the phone but ironically this woman was not one of them and i was told no one else was there. I’m not mad. It’s just pizzas. However, perhaps your staff and their lacking phone skills could improve the ratings on your business. Hanging up on a a client that provides your profit is never acceptable.
