What happened? At some point this location was perfectly fine but now? Slow slow slow. Deliveries take almost two hours to travel 5 blocks. You call for information and they lie and say the driver is out the door with it and when 30 minutes pass and call they say they’re handing it to the driver now.

Delivery went to wrong address assuming number connected to that address. Then Customer called and gave correct address. Customer was standing outside house talking with grandmother when jj delivery called customer phone. Customer said he would have seen a car or someone on street. I doubt jj delivery was even there.

Love it. Best Jimmy Johns I have ever been to and I really recommend this location. Friendly staff and yummy sandwiches. Price is affordable and bread is so fresh that I can eat from here everyday. Deliveries have been quick too. Store is very clean and always stocked. Thanks for a great experience!

My order was left sitting on the ground (giant sized sandwiches sticking halfway out of the bag directly touching the ground), with no indication it was here – no text, call, doorbell ring, or knock. By time I checked the door, a squirrel was eating the food. The location would not answer the phone and the answering machine says messages will not be answered. This wasn’t even at rush hour. My only recourse is to leave feedback on the website (which may or may not get a response) and to leave this review here. So I have no way of getting a replacement of my dinner within the same day without driving there in person which obviously defeats the purpose of ordering online. Knowing this, I WILL NOT be ordering Jimmy John’s for delivery again!

This location is great. My sandwich is always correct, made freaky fast and made with a smile. Juan definitely takes pride in running this location. He’s always well staffed, so you don’t wait long, the employees are very nice, the store is always well stocked, clean and you’re always greeted when walking in or out of the store. I definitely recommend this location!
