Friday night for the most part is typically pizza night. This particular night I bought Papa John’s pizza from Winter Haven Papa John’s. My wife and I decided if we wanted to try their new papa bowls. We ordered the Italian meats and the chicken Alfredo bowls along with some other pizzas and sides. When my wife returned home with the pizza and I pulled the bowls out of the sleeves that they were packaged in the Italian meats one looked great. The chicken Alfredo one looks like somebody’s leftovers. I called the store to inform them after I had taken a picture of the bowls.  The manager of the store asked me to bring the bowl back along with the pictures that I had taken so that they could see for themselves. I hopped in my car and headed back to Papa Johns. When I got there I showed the pictures of the pizza bowl and the girl looked at the pizza bowl that I brought back and then asked me if I had any pictures from before we ate any of it. I told her that we did not eat any of it and that this is what it looked like as soon as we got it home and took it out of the sleeve. She informed me that they do not send any products out that look like this. I reiterated that we did not eat any of it and that everything else looked great but that this one came like this and looked like someone’s leftovers. Once again she told me that nothing leaves their store looking like that. I asked her if she was calling me a liar and why I would do this for just half a pizza bowl. I had ordered 2 other pizzas, another pizza bowl, and 3 sides. Why would I complain about just half of a pizza bowl if there was nothing wrong with it when we got it? She then rudely said that she remade it, grabbed the pizza bowl I brought back with me and walked off. I do not remember this girl’s name, but that was terrible customer service and I believe I should have been warranted the benefit of the doubt. I literally do not understand what I would have had to gain from complaining about half a pizza bowl and driving all the way back to the store, just for half a pizza bowl. I understand not everyone is honest and will do some shady things or straight up wrong things just to get ahead. But half a pizza bowl? Really? Being basically called a liar over half a pizza bowl? I spent almost $80 for this dinner and I just wanted to have quality food and service. I’m very disappointed. We have been loyal customers to this particular store for quite some time and now this experience has me questioning if I ever want to order food from this establishment again.

We decided to order from Papa John’s because we wanted something different from our usual pizza place; I can say our experience was different from our expectations. We ordered at almost 5pm and the app said it would be about 45 minutes. When it was 6:10 we called the store to make sure our order was placed and were told by the manager that they were running a little behind. We were patient, which is troublesome with a 9 year old and two 8 year olds, but we were able to keep them calm.

I had not been to Papa Johns for some time and I have always liked them. This location however, has done damage to that reputation to be sure. First off I was taken back a bit by being told, ” yea we have parmesan cheese, you have to pay for it. Hm, i was Already paying for the pizza, now condiments cost extra? Marcos & dominoes don’t do that. So I get my pizza and leave, I checked it outside, THANKFULLY, and found about Zero sauce on it. I go back and am told and Shown how LITTLE they tried to spread across the pizza. It was Cardboard. I said very nicely please remake it with the Adequate amount of sauce or refund my money. They chose to refund in lieu of a sale And redemption. The manager on duty was the Rudest Child in charge I have ever seen and I will never go there again, and I would suggest you go ANYwhere other than here, Frozen pizza is better than the treatment you get at this location. Go to the Publix or Culvers next to it and Save yourself the headaches from here.

$50 for 2 large pizzas and didn’t even add the pepperoni to the “Pepperoni, Sausage, and Six Cheese Pizza.” Manager didn’t even offer to fix it, refund money (at least for the one pizza), or give credit. Lots of other Pizza places in the area.

I ordered 3 pizzas over the phone by the time I got there about 12 minutes later all 3 were ready to go. The staff were friendly and that’s very important. Inside was nice and clean. With one of my sodas they gave me a Sierra mist instead of the Mountain Dew that I ordered luckily my son likes both. I will definitely order from there again.

I waited 45 minutes for my order and received another customers order. When I called the store, the girl on the phone was very rude and offered no solution. I just wanted my pizza. I was calm and patient and was met with an unnecessary passive aggressive uncaring attitude. I order from this location weekly and this has been the worst experience I’ve had with the store. Please offer training to your employees and more resources to them so they can be better equipped to do their jobs.
