I ordered food from here a couple of days ago. Not only did I find out that points I had accumulated over the past year had come to expire because of “insufficient use”. Which is completely ridiculous. But then the food I did order was undercooked and just barely edible. The dough was so floury and mushy and just.. oh boy. There was hardly any sauce on the Chicken Alfredo, plus a huge spoonful of it had been either taken out or eaten lol who knows.

Chose to make a delivery order from this Domino’s on the app today. App estimated between 45-55 minutes for an ETA on the delivery. No big deal as I ordered early and knew the store sometimes takes a while to complete the order. An hour and 15 minutes later I finally get the update that our food is Out For Delivery, and saying it’ll take 45 MINUTES TO BE DELIVERED. Why is the store still accepting orders at that point? 2 hours for a delivery order that was estimated to take an hour tops. I’ve encountered delays a couple times before, but not to this extent. I understand a store being overwhelmed, however when orders are being stretched to OVER DOUBLE their estimated time without notifying customers of the extended wait it becomes a problem. I won’t be ordering from this Domino’s location again.

Overcharged me at the store after I picked “pay at store.” went back to check my online order… There was no reason for them to charge me $19.25. I used the 2 medium pizzas for 6.99 ea. One of the pizzas was 8.99 due to the options so it worked out to $15.98. Be wary of dishonesty, I’d just recommend paying ahead of time. This was the first and last time I’d pick pay at store.

I was their first customer of the day I think. Easy ordering, fast production with an actual countdown clock the customer could monitor, and the price was right. The place was clean. Will go back again because that pizza I ordered was delicious.

BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION !!! I made a delivery order that was delivered incomplete. We noticed the missing item as the driver was driving off and immediately called the store and was on hold for more than 1hr before giving up. These morning 9/10/22 i called and spoke to a “Lady’ who was extremely unprofesional and complained of how she had to many orders to fill. She also claimed she couldn’t find my order despite me giving all the reciept info. She also stated they can’t refund for items NOT delivered?????. Lesson learned don’t pay this Store (Marsh rd Domino”s in Wilmington) in advance and check your orders before the driver leaves your door. DISAPOINTED CUSTOMER!!!! I will only order there again only if very Desperate!!!

This place is always an “issue” when ordering. Last 2 times I tried, 1st time the ovens weren’t working, but never said anything. I get there 20min later to pickup and was then told of the issue. Had to drive to another dominoes. 30min later I get a call telling me the ovens aren’t working. 2nd time.i ordered got there and they tell me there is no order for me. And I check app and it says “your order status is unknown” I gave up n went home. Then app says it’s ready. I drive back up and all of a sudden my order is ready. Done with ordering online and only in person at this place.

Just ordered my last pizza from this place on 9/30/2022. The pizza came with all the toppings I ordered however the pizza was slightly larger than a moon pie. NO MORE DOMINOES FOR THIS HOUSEHOLD. Mind you the price was not any smaller either.
