Horrible customer service. They don’t care if you have any allergies so beware. I told them a million times to do clean cut because of meat allergy and they still used the meat knife. At the end blamed me that I didn’t let them know and a guy came over said that I was lying that i dont have any allergies and says that I wanna do clean cut for my satisfaction like WHAT??!! Very furious with them because their company could get sued over this. Someone needs to come in and do a serious inspection on how they do food handling and customer service..

Delivered the wrong order. Manager was nasty about fixing the issue. She kept on hanging up the phone when I asked what she would do to make a customer happy. Even when I tried to explain I ordered from them for over a year, she didn’t care and didn’t try to fix the issue that they delivered the wrong pizza to my address. Worst restaurant ever to resolve an issue when they are wrong.

Horrible delivery service and customer service. My son was crying for his pizza 30-44 min past delivery time and when I called the store they said there were no delivery drivers. I then asked if I could have someone pick it up then because my son was screaming. The person tried rushing me off the phone saying no because my food already left the store. How could my food have left the store if there are no drivers? And it would obviously be cold if it left 30min ago with no ETA. Forcing my son to blindly wait to eat is unacceptable and this establishment is irresponsibly ran with little moral. Stay away if you’re actually wanting to eat within 2hrs after ordering.

Feel so bad for my son he is very upset. These people charged him for an item, told him it’d be Rudy in 8 m intestine, half hour later nothing. Then they made up a lie so they didn’t give him back his refund. These people are terrible and thieves. COME HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK OF BEING ROBBED AS WELL.

Picked up my pizza, took it to my destination and saw no 2 garlic dips. Brought it back, she gave me them and no apology, nothing. Need to teach her common courtesy and respect.
