Sashimi plate was excellent (photo). The pieces of tuna, white fish, salmon and mackerel were fresh and delicious. The side bowl of rice was also exceptional. The bento box (photo) was average at best. Way, way too much cooked onions and cabbage as its feature, and way too little mushrooms and squash in the mix. The four sushi pieces of a California roll were OK. Two very small spring rolls were fine. The side salads sadly did not have peanut sauce offered; just in-house ginger sauce and American shelf dressings. The salads arrived much too drenched in ginger sauce (photo). The miso “soup” was actually a thin miso broth and nothing more; a real disappointment. The hot tea was good. The service was fine. The meals were priced on the high side for the region.

I ordered take out. So I didn’t really get to sample the service or the atmosphere. But the hibachi shrimp. And the eel avocado roll were pretty good. . And. Yum yum sauce. Always a plus.

Great food and amazingly accomdating staff! The Gyoza and sushi were really good. Prices are resonable even in these times of high inflation. Location is central to big stores and offers plenty of parking.

Don’t waste your time going to this place. Food was bad so was the service. I ordered sushi and lets say i have had better from a gas station.Then my main dish was chicken and steak hibachi . The rice was hard the chicken was meh and the cut of steak I received I wouldn’t of fed that to my dog. Do yourself a favor and avoid the disappointment that you will receive when going here. Id much rather spent 70 bucks at McDonalds.

The overall experience was great, and I recommend trying this place out, especially if you’re craving sushi. Unfortunately my hibachi was overcooked and would normally rate a 3 star, but the restaurant is understaffed so I won’t penalize them much. The sushi was some of the best I’ve had and the mixed drink I got was perfectly made. Finally they one-uped most of the other steakhouses by including a generous helping of spring rolls. If they can fix their staffing issues I could easily see this place being 5 stars.
