Went through drive thru was immediately greeted with an attitude, and when ordering the cashier was condescending and mocking. We asked for the kids meal sandwich (unaware that there were two) and the cashier came back very snarky “which sandddwichhhhh” instead of offering the option of the 2 sandwiches. Very unprofessional, childish, and rude. If theyre this childish taking my order i wonder how careless they are with cleanliness and healthcode.

This place is usually on spot, BUT NOT TONIGHT! I ordered the BNC Half Pound Meal… BUT when I got home (2miles away)…. I got 2 little beef on buns with NO CHEDDAR!! The 6pc mozzarella sticks were already hard and cold. Plus to top it all off… NO NAPKINS! I called them and the girl told me that I could return ASAP or wait and come back tomorrow. I will not want it tomorrow, although I will be contacting the Manager. Plus I had already put on my PJ’s for the evening.

Team member read back order correctly, but wrang up the wrong meal – didn’t realize until we got home and saw the sandwich and looked at receipt. It was late night. The sandwich (brisket) was very dry and tough. Folks were friendly though.

I have always had a good customer service when it came to Arby’s but as of everything opening back up the customer service has been horrible. The white guy that does drive thru is the worst and I mean worst, I don’t understand why you would come to work with such a nasty attitude and have customer deal with that and they are spending their hard earned money just to be disrespected by you. I have dealt with him before and I brushed it off because I just assume he was having a bad day but no that’s just him, well corporate until this matter is taken care of I will no longer be doing business with Arby’s and I have a very big mouth so I’m going to make sure no one else does business until that problem is dealt with!
