We had been looking forward to splurging at Raw for a while. Arrived and immediately sat down. Ordered and was not disappointed at all. Portions, freshness, and flavors were all on point. We over ordered and over ate! The miso was the only item I would not have to have again. It wasn’t bad, but for the price, it wasn’t something I needed, especially when most Japanese restaurants throw it in for free. Our waiter was attentive and kept our beverages full.

This is my 2nd time dining in at the Raw Sushi Bistro. Today my mom and i decided to start with two appettizers, Fried Oysters and Garlic Edamame (Delicious!) – For lunch we got Spicy Dragon Roll, Spicy salmon roll and The beef cilantro roll, which my mom loved. Special shoutout to our server Ryan, i have never gotten my appettizers and food so quickly. His costumer service was phenomenal!!. Special shoutout to the chefs as well. Really, really good food and great service!!!

Food was amazing! The Neff role was delicious. It gets pretty busy during lunch so I recommend trying to get reservations or getting there before lunch traffic. Parking is horrible as it is anywhere downtown. Staff was attentive. Definitely will return!

I came at 11:30 on a Tuesday when they first opened and it was fairly busy. They offer a wide selection of sushi and other food. Their prices are fairly expensive but the food all tasted amazing and everything else I saw getting carried by me looked great and made me want to try it. All of the staff were super polite and extremely friendly. The restaurant itself is very cool!

I originally gave them five stars but the last few times I was really disappointed. The service has gotten bad- I waited 20 minutes for a drink refill and it was so loud that I couldn’t hear my friends. My dinner came out so we asked for chopsticks and napkins, that took another 10 minutes. I start eating my sashimi and what do you know? Very fishy tasting and if you are a frequent sashimi eater you know that means “old.” I use to love this place…
