TJ’s always has hot, fresh, tasty food. The grilled chicken burrito is excellent. Staff at the Albertville location is always super friendly, and service is fast. This location shares space with a Speedway convenience store so atmosphere only gets 3 stars. Not bad but it is a gas station.

Messed up my order, missing item. Called the store the “shift manager” was unprofessional. Refused to refund me. Asked for general manager number and she hung up on me. Attempted to call the store back and they would not answer. Horrible service. Teenagers need to have an adult present to work in a store and need to be trained on customer service. Told the “shift manager” to watch her tone and attitude while I was trying to talk and she disregarded the whole thing. Will never go to Taco Johns in Albertville MN again. Corporate please reach out to me.

I used to love this Taco John’s!!! Went there for dinner last night. Quality of the food was not so good. The food was almost cold which is weird because they weren’t busy at all. It wasn’t made properly and they forgot an item so we had to go back for it.
