Typical Hardie’s fast food restaurant. My experience at this location was based on the purchase of a milk shake. Dining area was spotlessly clean. Rest room was clean. Service was fast and efficient. Convenient location. Very pleasurable experience between the great staff and a good tasting shake.

The food was under the heat lamp for at least 5 min. The onion rings were luke warm, and here is a picture of my regular ham and cheese, it didn’t look anything like the picture in the window. In fact when the bun was together you couldn’t find the ham or cheese.

Stopped quick and ordered a hot ham and cheese meal. and a cheeseburger meal. Both were cold.. like from refrigerator and chucked into the bag. Just so you know.. Hot ham and cheese should be hot.. and cheese should kinda be a melty mess. Burgers should at least be warmish…. fries were good though.

It took awhile to get through the drive thru while it was only 2 cars plus me at that time. When I got to the window I saw a bunch of standing around gossiping with the employees rather than paying attention to the food that was sitting there waiting. Once I did get the food that I observed sitting there for a minute, it wasn’t very fresh and poorly thrown together. I had asked for a couple sides that weren’t in the bag and waited at the window for the cashier to come back but when she did she had a bunch of attitude saying I was holding up her line. Unfortunately, they are the only show in town now. They are the absolute slowest drive-thru I’ve ever been to in my life. I’d definitely say go somewhere else unless you like to wait and be disappointed.

I placed a simple order via the Hardee’s app. While there were only 3 cars ahead of me (actually 2 since 1 drove away mid-wait) it took me over 35 minutes to get my food. I would have followed the lead of the car in front of me by leaving but I had placed the order on the app and did not want the hassle of trying to get refunded.

Worse customer service ever. Who ever was doing drive thru 6/25 at about 2:44pm was not wanting to take no orders. The worker was acting like it was almost “exhausting to speak just by taking the order.” Let’s be better, our order was about $60.00 plus.

Worst Hardee’s ever. Waited 20 mins for our food and we were the only people in the building and 2 cars in drivethru. My fries were soaked in grease and when I asked for fresh ones she just gave me a different cup from the same greasy batch. I asked for no tomators and then watched the cooked open my sandwich and remove the tomatoes and wrap it back up. My bread was not toasted and part of the Frisco burger was cold. My husband’s hot ham and cheese was barely warm. Iordered a peach pie and recieved a blueberry lemon instead. The only part of my meal that was correct and tasted good was the fountain cherry coke. Will not be returning to this Hardee’s.

Manager has very racist tattoos in head and very bad customer service. My order was wrong late cold and again 100% wrong after I waited 30 mins when doordash told me to pickup. Will never go there again. My first time eating in the area
