Horrible place. Workers were rude and talking bad about each other. I saw some phones being used while drinks were supposed to be made and my drink was not only wrong but when they finally made it how I ordered, it tasted bad and they do not wash their counters or anything. If you want overpriced coffee with a side of entitled rude workers then come waste your money here.

This used to be one of the better Caribous I frequent. It has really fallen off in the last 6 months or so. There is a lack of consistency in the coffees from one trip to the next, and although most of the staff is polite, there are those that DEFINITELY are not.
