Had a horrible experience at the Apple Valley, MN location. I ordered online and the application did not update my current address. I contacted the store when I realized my order was delivered to my old address. The gentleman that answered asked me for my new address and just said he would fix it and hung up. I later get a call from the driver asking me for my address again and when I gave it to her she said she couldn’t deliver it because it was in a different city. But I gave my new address when I first called so I didn’t understand where the mistake was. The driver said she would go back to her store and that was the last I heard from anyone. I called the store and the same guy answered. This time he was very rude and said he was going to charge me because I “made” them make my order twice but I explained to him that I did give them my correct address over the phone which was in another city he then sarcastically said “Well then why would I put it in my system if it was in another city that we don’t deliver to” again I was polite still and tried to explain that I was confused on what happened and I assumed that they would send my order to the correct location. He then very rudely just said “whatever I’ll cancel the order” and hung up on me. This whole time I was being polite and understanding but this guy was so rude it really shocked me. Do better.

They’re quick! I walked in and ordered 5 pizzas and some garlic knots. By the time I walked over to the gas station and back, they were boxing everything up! Everything tasted great!

I had one of the best experiences here, the food was good and fresh. Customer service was way more than I expected, I’m very happy with it. John and Jon were the two who helped me when I came in. Well when I first moved to Rosemont this was one of the best Domino’s in my opinion! But over time it is kind of fell to regular standards. Example, when you order extra cheese extra sauce you really can’t tell the difference especially when you order one with regular toppings and the other one with extra toppings. This has happened a couple times recently and in the past when I would order extra toppings. I mean you could definitely tell the difference not only by the feel of it but I also by looking at it So pay extra but not really getting extra like it was previously when I first moved to Rosemont. So I’m sure maybe new personnel new management. Maybe not really sure but when I first moved here a few years ago I definitely gave it five stars and that’s all I ordered was from Domino’s.

We ordered delivery, while at an event. Pizza was easy to order online. Delivery driver followed my directions for delivery and it was perfect. Pizza was hot, fresh, made to order. We had no plates, and they even included them. We were very appreciative and it was fast. I like the app lets you follow the process your pizza goes through from being made, to in the oven, then out for delivery.
