I will never go to this restaurant again. The cashier was giving me a very bad attitude today for no reason. Then, I realized that she did not give me salad and green pepper with my grilled chicken when I was ready to eat my food at home. I went back to the restaurant to get the salad and green pepper. She first ignored me when it was my turn at the counter. I then initiated to talk and requested my salad and green pepper. She continued to give me bad attitude and refused to fulfill my request. She was very disrespectful.

First time and last for me to come here. Went to grab lunch from here been new to the area near my job decided to come in. I got spoiled food! The elbows salad was spoiled! Maybe this is one of those places where the food is no good the later it gets in the day. The chicken was dry, fries were good but plaintains were not fresh. The flavor was ok but you ezpect more from a latino place, In summary, mama’s chicken had no love.

Called at 9 , Google & the sign on the door said they were open until 10 , girl answered the phone & said the name of the place , i asked if they served pollo saltado, she said closed & hung up on me . I was parked outside the restaurant & saw her laugh after she hung up the phone . I went inside & asked why she told me they were closed , she pretended she couldn’t speak English & then said you want chicken in English & held up some chicken that looked 3 days old. I left immediately. Don’t waste your money on terrible service & even worse food

I didn’t realized you were already closed, so I parked on the side of your restaurant. Some crazy old lady employee of yours came out and started yelling at me in some unintelligible language! If this is how you treat your potential customers… you can count me out! I’m not going to spend my hard earned money at an establishment that abuses the customers!’ And you, not this wacko employee own the parking lot anyway! Don’t go there after 7pm on Sundays unless you want to be harassed by drunk, unmasked, mafioso-looking patrons. Chicken was burnt and yuca wasn’t seasoned. The only reason I’m giving them 2 stars is the worker was nice and the green sauce was spicy.
