Recently visited and was EXTREMELY unhappy. I called and placed my order by phone so we didn’t have to wait. I mentioned I wanted a stuff crust w/sausage & mushrooms, instead it was with pepperoni. After correcting the mistake once my pizza was finished they left it in the box after it was cut but open. I mentioned that and asked why don’t I have my pizza if it’s already done to one of the employees who was standing right next to it laughing with another employee about their conversation, then the kid stopped looked at me and walked away. Mind you I called ahead of time. When I was home my pizza looked like it was just thrown (literally) together. On top of that it was a lil over cooked?!?! It looked like all the toppings were on one side that half the pizza looked like a thin crust.

The lobby is normally clean and as far back into the kitchen as my neck will stretch. The staff always looks overworked but they are moderately nice. The pizza is hit and miss. They get really behind when it gets busy and they is a large turnover. Teenages run this place and it shows but I get a pizza her at least once a week because it is affordable, my kids like it and I know what to expect. I have never gotten sick here and they will fix any mistakes they make.

Had my order taken at 9:42pm and I was informed it would take 15 mins and it was at 10:24pm that I finally walked in after watching them stand around and laugh with out even checking up on me. Tried to give me the wrong order and didn’t have any thing set up and ready. Very dissatisfied with the service.

The cheese was off the pizza and made it get stuck to the box. Parts of it were burnt and it was not even sliced. The only reason they get 2 stars is because the gentlemen at the drive thru window was super cool and helped out quick. Props to him. Won’t be coming back here. Then again, that’s what I get for getting cheap pizza.

Anybody that lives around this location knows the “limits” of the work ethic of the employees working here, they never answer the phone, and half the time using the app to place an order is “unavailable at this location”. All this would be fine, because little Caesar’s always has it “hot and ready” anyways right? Not this little Caesar’s, in the 15-20 times I’ve been here, only once or twice was there pizza already ready to go for any random person to come pick up. (You may ask why I keep going here so many times if we don’t like the service, it’s the cheapest and closest option for us, so we put up with it). It is a pizza place for godsakes, if you are not going to have pizza hot and ready and the app isn’t going to work half the time, you have to get your employees to start picking up the phone. We will call repeatedly 5-6 times before they ever pick up, and I know the only reason they are picking up is because they are annoyed with the constant ringing. If the owner of this location reads this, have your employees start picking up the phone as part of there standard operating procedures. Tonight when we ordered, as per usual, it took 5-6 tries with the phone ringing for 30 seconds each time, then finally someone picked up. When we got there to pick up our pizza, there was nobody in line, no pizzas in ready to go, which only highlights the fact that these employees are actively trying to avoid taking orders and doing there jobs. I used to work at a pizza place when.I was younger, this sort of work practices never would have been tolerated. 2 stars though, because the pizza still fire.
