I got two blizzards. One being the Royal new york cheesecake and the other one being the chocolate chip cookie dough.(pictured) The Royal blizzard was supposed to have strawberries in the middle of it but it was not. It was all around the outside and NOT mixed at all. I also was looking at the cookie dough one and it was just completely vanilla at the bottom, so again, not mixed at all. They weren’t busy so I don’t understand why it was so hard to mix it all together and actually make it correctly. Also I asked for lids because most dairy queen’s I go to give me lids and the employees looked at me like I was crazy asking for a lid when the blizzard was a complete mess.

Dropping this from two stars to one. Even the ice cream is not that great anymore. I always get the chocolate brownie extreme. It is definitely never extreme these days – even after stirring it. The one I just got has a ?raspberry? flavor too.

Terrible! Got food for my daughter and I for lunch. Ordered a large and it was barely enough to feed a six year old. It was over 27 dollars for the two of us and we were still hungry.

Bad. Just bad. Order 2 cheeseburgers, a shake, and 2 large pops. Filled the cups with soda and I’m glad I tasted one. Looked fine, but tasted bitter with no sweetness. They had to fill out drinks in the back. There were 5 employees in there and it seemed like no one was working. Walking around, talking loudly. Another guy ordered after I did and we were both standing there when someone yelled for somebody to start making the orders. It took about 10 minutes to get the food, and then I was handed the other guys food. It’s a good thing we both looked in our bags. If the employees were more interested in working than being on their cell phones or yelling about smoking, we might have gotten better service. To top it off, when we got back in the truck with our food, the burgers we very messily made and so greasy. Ketchup all over the bun, which is great while you are trying to drive. Avoid this place. Management should be ashamed.

Got a choco browny and it has no chocolate in the middle what so ever and the entire bottom is vanilla which means nobody even stirred it up or anything and it was only filled a little over half and I got a medium

I got a peanut buster parfait and it taste like chocolate soup. It’s like they used chocolate syrup instead of hot fudge. Very disappointed, this is the first time I have got one like this.

Went through drive thru… ordered 3 shakes… they hands out 2 shake and a sundae… told her we ordered 3 shakes not sundaes… she rudely told us well I was told a sundae but I can make a it a shake… takes the sundae back and hand us out what looks like chocolate milk it was so thin. It was horrible customer service and horrible shakes. I literally threw the entire thing in the trash.

Hate giving this low of a review. Frequent problems with the ice cream machine. They are definitely having trouble staffing. I have been several times where only one person is working. Orders often messed up. Two stars because staff has always been nice.

Love dairy queen ice cream. The employees need to be trained better but I understand when short handed it’s hard for proper training. Also it would be nice if they followed the hours that are posted for this location
