I have no complaints. That atmosphere might not be so great because there’s literally zero tables to sit at and only two chairs to sit in waiting on your order but this door is a pickup store and not about atmosphere. The customer service was top-notch as it always is. However there was a wait time sadly put as there always is. Sometimes even on the hot and ready pizzas there was a wait time. But again that can be expected because the chain tends to stay busy 24/7 so one could expect that and would honestly I’d be disappointed if they couldn’t understand that. You get what you get there you buy a cheap pizza you get a cheap pizza. It’s not the most delicious in town but it’s not the worst in town either you get what you pay for at $5. Keep in mind however since covid-19 happened the $5 hot and ready pizzas are no longer $5, they’re $7. Cheers, & “Pizza Pizza!”

Little Caesars is a great place to get pretty good pizza, especially when you’re in a hurry. If you have a little bit of time to wait there’s a bigger selection of menu items to choose from. It’s certainly not the best pizza around, but for the price and convenience, it’s definitely worth it.

I would say for the store and our location that is in they could have the hot and ready available one people pop in to describe one of those I understand if it’s multiple pizzas you need to place an order I think what time they will get better.

Went and ordered. Tell me the weight. would be five minutes. Pizzas were hot and ready people coming in ordering behind me and they were taking their food and leaving I had to wait. I ask why I had to wait so long he didn’t have an answer. I told him there was pizzas in there Waiting he made up an excuse and tried to tell me they were cheese when he gave the lady in behind me a pepperoni before me when that is what I ordered. very poor service

So I went to the little Cesar’s in New Castle tonight was there for 20 minutes waiting on my order, I did not observe one employee with a hairnet on or gloves or use them or wash their hands and they were rude to the customers as well. Told one customer he couldn’t fox his order because his @@@hole of a manager said no. So your cursing infront of the customers as well as not caring if you fix their orders. No food establishment should allow any employees to not wear the proper food safety that’s disgusting

Was there tonight at around 6pm. Got a large pepperoni and large sausage pizza and an order of bread sticks. Pepperoni was a little over done and the bread sticks weren’t all sticks. Some were bread nubs. Some of the family felt a little cheated. (Shown in picture)

The Best Dad Ever!
Service isn’t all that great, and the prices are way inflated so I choose to go to another pizza joint instead I get inflation but not the way they raised their prices! They won’t even offer hot n ready anymore!!!
