Its atmosphere is only three stars because it is a food truck and cant do much about it but it is the best sushi you will ever taste across the four counties. They put their Peruvian flavor to all the dishes and they come out amazing. Definitely recommend to anyone passing by.

So glad we tried this spot! The food is amazing, we got the shrimp burrito and a crunchy salmon roll and they were both amazing! Went back for the churrasco burrito and the plantain inside was so delicious!! Everything was so fresh and the flavors were awesome!

Japanese/Spanish Fusion is what I want to call this place. Everything is small “CHISAI” A very little hole in the wall place. Parking is just as minimum as this spot. Menu is small too. Not much choosing for drinks and if you want water, just get soda. They have bottled water which is the same price as the soda. Their Salmon Baked Poke Bowl and the Tuna tacos were very good. Food though was good. I guess for the price and it’s in tourist area, to me a little over price. All-in-all for last minute dinner it was good.

This place is awful! If you know what sushi is suppose to taste like, this place is not it. I was concerned about getting sick. My husband and I couldn’t even finish our rolls. It may look presentable but it tastes bad.

My husband and I decided to order this last minute and we are so glad we did. We ordered via DoorDash and the sushi was phenomenal! The portions are good size and they even threw in some complimentary Thai Donuts, which were delicious by the way.
