Okay went on a Friday to pick up dinner got home and the chicken absolutely sucked dried out worst ever. Well contacted corporate and they ashore me that it was company policy and complete customer satisfaction Guaranteed. They in turn sent me a voucher for more than I paid . So a couple weeks later we decided to try again well this time every thing was awesome I believe that it was not the norm would go back again .I think it may have been a staffing issue maybe?

After ordering and picking up my order, somebody placed the gravy upside down in a paper bag, now I have to get my car cleaned, my portions are half of what they are supposed to be and the chicken was over cooked. when communicating with the on duty store manager about everything mentioned above, after saying they will replace everything for me she hangs up on me just to further ignore my calls, I had to block my number just to get an answer.

They advertise the dining room to be open till 8pm but never is. They keep the doors locked at all times on the parking lot side so you have to walk around to oncoming traffic at the drive thru. Then when you do get inside they tell you you can’t order there you have to go to drive thru

This KFC needs a shut down all you hear is Claire yelling at employees and that is why you need help because nobody wants to work with you that’s why you work nights now there … And there is another rude girl but polite afterwards her name is Ava….. And would only recommend to ask if it is joey riggle or joey drives mustang if not then don’t go Claire will mess up a order and so would ava Smith got her name from a worker who is going to be anonymous….
