I grew up in NY, lived there 25 years, and have now been living in the south for 10+ years. This is probably the most legit pizza place I’ve personally found south of New Jersey; easily the best pizza in the CSRA. No idea why, but it actually tastes like good NY /NJ pizza, and the texture is right. Good pizza is nigh on impossible to find in the south so give this place a try if you’re on the fence about it. Have ordered from here before and will again. Also, they sell slices! I’m sure the other food is good too but I’m in it for the pizza. Highly recommend Roma’s

These guys know how to make an amazing pizza and cannolis! Some here for a slice of thinner pizza or come for a family night out ! They have tvs and lots of tables. Can’t beat the price! 1 slice and a drink $5

Called in an order last night for five stromboli’s and was told that the wait time was an hour and fifteen minutes after I was hung up on twice. Get there, pay and take the box which should be hot on the bottom, but it wasn’t. Should have taken it back in right then, but my kids were hungry. Get to the house and these things were not hot at all and were not cooked all the way. Also, they didn’t look too good either. This is the second time in a row that I’ve had to deal with undercooked food from this place. I live over three hours away and try to come here every time I’m in town to visit. Won’t waste my time or money again.

I used to come here somewhat frequently, usually before watching a movie at the theater across the street. The pizza here is best when its freshly made. However, on this visit, I came in looking for a slice or two, and I saw immediately that there was a fly on their pizza by the slice that was on display. I was disgusted and decided not to order pizza but to order a Stromboli instead. That took them over 25 minutes to prepare it for me. The food was good when I took it home, but I’ll probably think twice before coming back again.

Disappointed because I had so many great memories as an adolescence individually and with my family at this place! I’m New York born and raised and came down when I was 15, and this was the best pizza I’ve had down here. I went off to college and moved back recently and would rave about it to my spouse, but when we went – it didn’t taste the best. Whatever, everyone has bad nights so it wasn’t a big deal to me! Another time recently we placed an order over the phone and then when I walked in to get it, they were struggling to find it (just a simple cheese…). They ended up just giving me someone else’s and I guess were gonna remake the persons they gave me since they weren’t there to get it. I felt like my time was wasted a bit and the pizza wasn’t the hottest (but who knows how long that one was sitting there). I just called tonight after returning from vacation because I’m craving pizza to give it one last chance and I was on hold for literally 11 minutes… I think they forgot I was on the phone because all I heard was them working in the background. I hung up and tried to call back but of course it won’t go through now bc I’m assuming the phone is off the hook for forgetting about me. Not really professional. Don’t know if the pizza is still great but just from the way I feel like I’ve been handled as a customer the past few months I think I’ll be sadly parting ways permanently and giving my money to someone else.

This place is not sanitary! The cook was on his phone in between pizzas and not washing his hands. Your phone holds more bacteria than a toilet! He also grabbed the mop and broom and money from customers, checked his phone again and went back to making a pizza without washing his hands. This is gross and can get customers sick! I like the pizza here, but can’t support a business that doesn’t take these concerns seriously. I was going to email management about these issues first, but there is no email or number to management on their website, which also makes me believe that they don’t take concerns serious because there’s no way but a review to voice your concerns.

Great food! The guys were great. Excellent customer service. The woman at the register could use a class on being a bit more inviting to customers. This was my fist visit. I asked a few questions. She was NOT helpful at all. Definitely not friendly. Otherwise I loved the place!

Excellent service, they made sure my order was correct and hot. Fixed a mistake without me even noticing. Truly exceptional service. Tables were cleaned immediately after customers and I appreciated that. I’m from NYC and it’s the closest to NYC your going to get in Augusta. My son confirmed when he ate his extra cheese slice. Def will be back.

We have tried this a few times…each time we order the same pizza …ALL MEAT STUFFED PIZZA .. .each time we have came it has been incorrect!! The waitresses and counter girl are rude. Today we had another issue with our LAST EVER PLACED ORDER . we asked for a refund and the manager REFUSED !!! So here we are waiting yet again for a pizza. Cook wanted to be confrontational about an order he took and made a mistake. Horrible…I strongly suggest not wasting your time with establishment

TERRIBLE customer service is an understatement. I no longer live here, but was in town and this used to be the best pizza in the area. My parents ordered online and I agreed to pick it up. I get there about 6:30, which is 45 mins after they placed an online order. I ask for the order and the guy in the back says, “Oh yeah, we had to cancel that order bc we didn’t have the ingredients to Make it.” I ask what was missing and he says the salami. We ordered 2 pizzas and 1 ingredient on 1 of them was salami. I ask why he didn’t make the other pizza without salami. He says that’s not how the system works; it voids the order and refunds the money when they can’t make it. Ok, that’s fine, I get it. Problem-solving isn’t for everyone. I say it’s all good, I’ll just re-order it here with whatever ingredients you do have and pay now. Then the guy at the register says “We’re not making a whole pizza. We’re about to close.” Now i’m getting upset and explain that the sign on the door says you close at 9. He says they’re closing 2 hours early bc they only have 2 people , which somehow made sense in his simple head. I then ask why didn’t you call them before you voided their order to explain about the ingredients, seeing how you knew you were closing early. Register clown responds “Bc thats not our job”. Now im heated. So I walked out before I said something that would get me banned from this place for life and typed up this review in my car. In the future, I will avoid ordering online, call ahead to make sure there are no local amendments to the schedule, confirm if they need me to grab any ingredients on the way, and bring cooking supplies in case the employees decide they’re not doing certain aspects of their job.
