Chef Esteban Diaz, from the northern coastal Peruvian town of Chiclayo, brings his lifetime of Peruvian gastronomy knowledge to the intimate chef’s table setting of Pisco Mar. The prix fixe 7 course menu will encompass traditional dishes from around the country, with a focus on authentic coastal Peruvian cuisine, and will rotate seasonally and by demand. The price per seat is $95 and includes all 7 courses of cuisine. Outside of the prix fixe menu, Pisco Mar offers an extensive Peruvian cocktail list, with an entire list of Pisco based cocktails, Peru’s national spirit, as well as an array of South American wines and beer to fully round out your Peruvian experience.

WOW!!! Charleston needed this!!! What a unique experience! We went out for my birthday and couldn’t pick a better place to celebrate. Still so humbled by the whole experience. I can confidently say this has been our favorite dinning experience in years. The chef puts his heart and soul into his food, service, and educating his guests.
