Just getting around to giving review. 4 months ago went to this location. Got crunchy tacos and cheesy bean and rice burritos. Got food poisoning and was laid up in my bed for 10 days. Be careful with this location! Obviously, not keeping food at correct Temps.

I have been going here for a year or so off and on since moving to the area. But there is always this lady in the drive thru during lunch time that has the worst customer service. I thought the first couple times was just her having a bad day, like we all have, but nope this is consistent. Always short with you and acts like you’re inconveniencing her for coming thru the drive thru line. At this point I just avoid this place during the lunchtime hours because of her. You’ll probably know her when you hear her but she has glasses and is ALWAYS in the drive thru window. Drop this lady because she’s losing you business. 5 stars for food. 0 for service. She makes you all look bad at this location.

Went at about 10:30 tonight. Literally 2 people working, both were smoking outside then rushed inside when they saw us pull up. After ordering & paying they asked us to pull around to the doors waited for like 10 minutes w/a fussy baby so didn’t think much about checking my order. Won’t make that mistake again, they left out part of the order so always check your food super thoroughly!

This taco bell is away from a lot of the other restaurants and stores. So it is hardly ever busy. For me I like that because I typically can get in and out of the drive thru fairly quickly. Not a huge Bell fan but this one is pretty darn good. Service in the drive thru is great they are polite and have not messed up any of my orders. Not yet. Lol.

Everytime my husband and I come the workers never seem like they want to be there. They are out of multiple items a lot. Something is missing the majority of the times. This time one of the triangles of the quesadilla has no chicken or cheese just tortilla. Lacking on the cheese. It tasted like it had been sitting for awhile and not fresh. We would rather drive further to go to a friendlier taco bell where we know the food is made right and fresh.

Stopped in to eat in and once inside waited for over 8 mins and no one came to the front counter. Drive thru was steady. Decided to go drive thru since it was obvious that I would get service there. Drive thru service was quick, polite, and efficient. After I ate my food in the lot I noticed that there were a lot of cars and people were inside, so I guess the inside service got fixed. Not sure what happened.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!. I gave this one another chance. But never again. (1st Experience) Make sure you have your card cause they won’t give it back unless you ask for it. (2nd experience) Forget getting a drink that comes with a meal cause they cant remember to give that to you. (2nd and 3rd experience) Also, pick apart every inch of your food and destroy your burritos if you order no sour cream or remove an ingredient. They somehow make it their priority to hide it in your food even after verifying “is everything correct on the screen.” Final words to the start of a horrible experience.

I really don’t like giving low scores. For all I know, it was just early and the staff wasn’t fully prepared. I’m not totally sure. One of the employees was laying her head on the table so she might have been sick. However, once they took my order and I got it, the food was really good. The store was very clean. The restroom was clean as well. I have no other complaints aside from it was odd to stand at the counter with zero greeting and even have time to snap a picture while waiting. Hopefully everyone is having a much better day.

This is literally the worst taco bell in tulsa. 9/10 times your order is wrong. Just like my order tonight and the last 10 I’ve gotten. They was smoking weed behind the taco bell the doors was locked an hour early couldn’t even go inside to order and they forgot my daughters fiesta potatoes. This place sucks. Ordered 50 bucks worth of food.

Quite possibly the RUDEST Taco Bell staff ever! Don’t go here unless you’re prepared to be ignored at the counter, avoided when you try to get their attention, and have them mumble under their breath about you! I know workers are hard to come by lately, but sheesh! Flat out hatefulness!
