Clean and modern, with food same as any other Arby’s, but the service is weirdly bad. When we went with a friend our food came out first and his food never did. When he went up to ask about it they told him he hadn’t ordered anything, that he was trying to scam them or something, until he showed them the reciept. By then we had no time left for them to start making his order and then eat it so he asked for a refund and they tried to scare him away by threatening to call the cops?? They did finally give him a refund before we left.

I ordered Arby’s through door dash and even though I know there is a good chance for your food to be cold once it arrives, I was not happy with the food when it arrived to me. I can stand cold fries and cold moz sticks but when it arrived to me they both were completely unedable. I used to work at Arby’s( not this one) for 6 years of my life and know how the food tastes when it’s an hour old. I also called after I sent the order in for Bronco Berry sauce. I even texted the dasher to make sure it was in there and he told me that the employees said it was in the bag. Well it was not. Just not very thrilled with the experience.

Love Arby’s food. The inside is disgusting. I won’t be coming back if what the public can see is that bad. What’s the kitchen look like? It’s a shame because I love Arby’s. I’ll have to go to Mauston from now on. Fingers crossed its cleaner.

The place was trashed, the food tasted like quality and burnt. We had to clean our own table, no table inside was cleared out cleaned off. The bathrooms were not any better. Felt so disgusted to be inside it.
