This restaurant is on its last leg drive-thru is not open the condition of the dining area is filthy has not been thoroughly cleaned in a very very long time food was mediocre the ice machine was down but the girl at the counter met me with a smile and was polite.

We were craving burgers and decided to drive to burger King. Spent a little over $40 for cold burgers! You think that’s bad? They made us drive to the side and we waited there, 15 minutes. You’d expect HOT food if you’re having to pull around and wait. Not only were the burgers cold, but they weren’t even what we ordered. We ordered double whoppers and got a sad looking, single whopper. I’m used to a whopper being messy, but this was pathetic. I knew it was going to be a bad experience when the lady at the window, was handing our drinks over and said “what did you order?” And when my husband told her, she hollered it back to the people cooking. Like, what?! Overall, we won’t be returning.

Cold food, at least what was there. Paid $25 for a whopper combo, 9pc chicken fries, and bacon melt combo. When I got home, was missing the melt and fries. Went to get receipt, and it wasn’t there, and the drive thru was curt and not very polite. One of my top 5 worst fast food experiences.

The drive thru is fast and the food is always good and hot. They are always running good specials making it affordable. I love the Whoppers and Spicy chicken sandwiches. It convenient to get in and out of, and always clean.

So I placed an order online at 4:50pm. The app said they were open. Google said they were open. I pulled up to the store’s drive thru at 5:05pm seeing the lights on and cars in the parking lot. I was greeted with a “We’re closed.” Nothing more. I proceeded to tell them I placed an online order. “We’re closed. You can refund through the app.” I replied back, “but it is only 5:00 and the app says you are open. How do I do a refund in the app?” I got crickets at this point as she would no longer talk to me.

I ordered a double whopper and nuggets. They gave me a single instead and no sauce for my nuggets. Went back through and they just give me a burger patty to put on my burger instead of making me a new one after I already had to drive in traffic to come back and get it corrected.

I have been here numerous times. Usually order the same. 2 plain fish sandwiches. Usually have to pull around front and wait while they cook which I’m used to because ordering plain. Last time they went to charge me almost $8.50. I asked manager if they went off sale 2 for 6. He said you have to ask for it off the 2 for 6 menu (which isn’t on menu)otherwise we charge you full price. That makes no sense. This time I asked are fish still 2 for $6. Got a yes so ordered 2 plain fish. Had to pull around front to wait like normal (don’t mind doing). I received my order and didn’t check because waited like usual. Got home several miles away ready to eat. Pulled out of bag and each one had tarter,lettuce& tomato on. Was highly ticked off after waiting and being hungry. Didn’t feel like driving ALL the way back so in the garbage they went with me disappointed. I will not return there. My suggestion is always check your order before you leave no matter what you ordered. It’ll be McDonald’s for me next time

The hamburger looked like nothing on the TV ad at all. It was flat and looked like a truck rolled over it. It tasted OK but I was disappointed in the product. The fries and onion rings tasted poorly because they were hard and felt like they were sitting around for a long time
