I usually don’t go to Richmond road sonic but tonight I did. The woman who took my order kept interrupting and got my order wrong. Why can’t fast food let the customer order instead of employees guessing? I didn’t complain, it’s just not worth it anymore. The car hop that brought me my order was very polite and had great customer service. When I asked for a spoon he didn’t hesitate to get me one. I didn’t get his name but I took a picture of him. He was awesome! The chocolate waffle come was wonderful, the best ice cream I’ve had all summer. Remember tip the car hops!

What they’ve done to the hamburgers, changing an excellent classic is an abomination is a travesty of the hamburger world. Nasty, sweet, disgusting, inedible. I loved grabbing one for breakfast even. Sweet bread and sweet pickles? Why?. Besides making a better one than they all can myself I’d honestly prefer a McDonald’s double cheese now over Sonic and that’s sad. I think even Wendy’s messed with theirs up like this at one point but not this bad… What-a-Burger always had them all beat but for the money Sonic was good. Not anymore. I’ll never eat at this place again.

Believe it or not, the grilled cheese was not grilled. They completely forgot to grill the grilled cheese. I also ordered a combo popcorn chicken meal with medium side tots for that meal and an extra side of tots. I did not receive the medium tot with my order. I don’t know if it was a bad day but it was horrible service. I did receive another large popcorn chicken that I didn’t order, that was a plus… I guess. Just be careful what you wish for when you go to the sonic in Texarkana. Good luck ol’ travelers

I took my daughter here this week for lunch. We ordered the Brown Bag Special, which was priced on the screen for $15.99 (Pre-tax). The CC reader didn’t work, so when the carhop (Gwendoly) took my card I mentioned there was a price difference from what was on the screen. The screen said it was $17.91 (Pre-tax). She said the manager would take care of it, but instead they charged us the wrong amount. If this is the level of integrity this location offers, we won’t be back. In addition to this, they also gave us a medium fries and tots when we clearly ordered the large. There are enough other restaurants in this town, that we don’t need to spend another Dollar here since they want to steal customers money and lie to them.

Today was the third time I’ve left this Sonic without my order. I pushed the red button and waited right at 10 mins with no answer so I get out of my truck and go to the door and tell an employee. He said he would tell them. Go back to my truck and nothing. One of the other times was for the same thing not answering the intercom and the other was I tried three bays and speaker was out in all of them. I’ve been to Sonic’s all over the United States and never seen one this run down and slow service if you can get service. And before you ask me Yes I want you to refer this to the franchise owner otherwise what’s the point.
