Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. Gone give me my food looking like this and not think I want a refund ? Crazy. Then the manager Elizabeth had employees related messages to me when it should’ve been her & gone tell me she not gone remake my food , she would only remake the fries then I asked for a refund she said no . The workers at window are rough talking and only gave us 2 ketchup for 3 orders. I won’t be back this service provided today around 11:30 was not okay. You keep treating certain customers this way and your buisness won’t make it.

I went it in to place my order and was met by nothing but rudeness I placed my order and I have a slight problem where I can’t speak the clearest in an ordering situation, my food was thrown on the counter and the manager looked at her as she walked away. I really hope that there is a change with the front counter people because she is not friendly at all

Worse location than McDonald’s!! Literally only 1 worker seems to be working! One lady is l literally leaning on the prep table having a conversation instead of working! No one is up from taking orders and I been waiting on my order for nearly 20 minutes! This is unacceptable!

Almost everyone is rude and has a horrible attitude and a horrible way going about any situation. It’s not okay that you have to wait so long for your food and it’s usually not correct. Nobody has common sense or courtesy, very unprofessional as well.

This Whataburger has blown my mind !!! When I placed my order the person who took my order sounded confident ( well trained ) .That is miles above the order takers who sound like they have a mouthful of marbles . When I received my order the woman at the window was cheerful and greeted me with a smile and before I left she told me to have a good night . That might seem pretty lame , except you just do not get that high level of service from start to finish at most other Drive Throughs . I will be telling others about my experience for a long time .
