This was the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in terms of food. I stopped here on a road trip from Virginia to southern Indiana. Bathrooms were fine, service was fine, food was awful. The bun on my burger was stale (almost inedible because it was so tough) as were my fries. The food was lukewarm. I had gotten my order to go and ended up not eating most of it.

I know. It’s McDonald’s. What should one expect, right? We stopped in to dine in. Kiosk is preferred here. The tables were dirty. Trash was full. Ketchup was out. No lids in the dining room. We’ve hit the DT here many times, no issues. Just go through the drive thru and avoid the disappointment.

Much improved over the old establishment. Drive through much faster with a double lane. This McDonald’s seems to have fresher food than others I have been to recently. Not sure if that’s just where it’s new or if it will stay that way.

Had a manager charge me twice for fries and when I ordered fries he didn’t put it on my plate so when I went back up he charged me for it again he was very rude and wouldn’t help me when I asked him a question I hate to complain but this was just bad and they block off the other drive thru

This McDonald’s is a small step above most with service and speed. Out of the two in Morehead, this one is superior. The interior of the store has been cleaned up by putting a wood grained wall between customers and the kitchen. It has a sleek feel that leaves he eating area quiet and calm.

Pulled up to the drive thru at 10:30 and began ordering breakfast. Then rudely told breakfast was over. Then waited 10 minutes for the food. On top of it my husbands hand burger was not cooked all the way. Apparently they weren’t ready for lunch.

Great location and the employees in the drive through are great! Very friendly! The only issue I have is I usually carpool to save fuel to the location to pickup breakfast. I had 2 orders and was told to go through the drive through 2 times to pick up the second order. Kinda seemed silly to me but I went around the second time. Hopefully this can go back to the way it was until the recent change please.
