The young lady that works the window needs a good manner and respect check! She’s horrible, rude and clearly hates her job. I just went there it’s 10:07am they open at 10am. Was told they were closed and it would be about 30 minutes before they could take orders. I’m DONE giving my money to this place! I’d take the advice from most reviews listed… save your money!

All within a few months apart, it’s been the same experience when we come. It’s anywhere from 7-8 pm and we’re always met with a rude voice over the intercom. Once at the window we watch our shakes and food being made while the employees joke and play around and put our shakes in other employees faces so close it almost touches. Tonight was the final straw. The young lady that brought my shake to the window straight up coughed into my shake and handed it to me as if it never happened. Then proceeded on with her conversation with another employee. The food and service has gone downhill and it’s not worth a penny of my money.

Thought a Sunday afternoon of DQ Treats would be enjoyable with several family members. What we received was disrespect. As we approached the four employees that standing outside the front door went inside and locked the lobby door and prevented entry. Another couple that was walking up to gain access as well, stated that they frequently came here on Sunday’s and wasn’t sure why they locked the lobby. Four employees, that was visible, surely could have handled our visit. Sonic across the street sure received our business and apparently a whole lot more, the outside tables filled up as we enjoyed an afternoon of treats at a place that truly cares.

Friendly service, but 1st time my blizzards were not served upside down because they were dripping over the edges. The drive thru is very rough with huge potholes. I didnt order any food.

Girl employee was very polite despite being super busy in the drive thru. Ice cream blizzards we’re great. My wife and mother in-law had grilled chicken salads she said it was skimpy and not worth the price for the quality of what she got. My triple burger combo was great. Fries were ok. Daughter 13 yrs old had a grilled chicken sandwich said it was ok but didn’t fill her up. 8 yrs old son said his cheeseburger was ok. My unsweetened tea was ok. This all happened in Jasper the dairy Queen experience in Huntington and Lufkin is usually pretty great. We ended up waiting 40 minutes in Jasper after being asked to pull forward to receive our food in the Drive-Thru. We won’t be back to this location anymore.
