Always good. Always hot. Always fast. 98% of the time I have my Jets delivered. The time is posted so I know when to expect my delivery to arrive. It’s never been late. My absolute favorite place for food delivery because of the service especially…food is great, but sometimes I just want something different. I wish Jets employees could deliver on those days, too . I love this pizza, apparently new management means extremely slow. They said 25 minutes which became 45 which I wouldn’t have minded if they said that in the first place, and the pepperoni is so far and few between it looks like dice, and why is it salty!!! I’m sad…….

For starters, their sanitation grade is a 92. I ordered a large 3 topping pizza. The pizza was bland tasting with limited toppings. I’ve never been so disappointed in a pizza. That was a waste of 20$. Domino’s pizza tastes better than this. Never again.

My 1st time going ther3. It smelled so amazing when we walked in. And not like pizza, just fresh ingredients. We got the detroit style pizza. It was amazing. Very cheesy, the crust was crunchy but not too hard , the will definitely return. Oh and was greeted as soon as I walked in from employees behind the counter that I could barely see. My cashier was great too

Great, kind service at pick up. My BBQ Chicken pizza was over cooked this time though and the toppings seemed a bit scarce. I’ll still return, this was the 1st hiccup with quality.

If the pizza was cooked right I would have given it 4 or 5 stars, but my pizza was raw. We could barley tell the cheese from the dough which made it very gross. We ordered 2 deep dish pizzas that we couldn’t eat

I want to give this five stars, because we LOVE Jet’s Pizza. However, last time we ordered, directly from Jet’s Pizza via text as we always do, I was called and told that they would not deliver to my address. We’ve been ordering to our address via this same method for over a year. They did “make an exception, this one time only, as the manager is very strict.” Strict at what? Losing customers???? Made us very sad.

This was my first eating jet pizza and it was crazy delicious good. And the worker was very friendly, the establishment was very clean. I told my friends about jet pizza and they want to visit. We always have a great experience when ordering and picking up our pizza from Jettz. I will mention however I’m not sure why I’m asked if I would like and come-inside the store to pick up my curbside order. But other than this I rate our Jettz 5 stars.
