I really like the coffee, but I think it’s weird that if you don’t want ice that water out the coffee that they don’t fill up the coffee, which makes me want to go back to Starbucks. But the coffee is really good!

The baristas here make this the go-to Ziggis location in Loveland are always so friendly. The only thing I would change is the layout of the location it’s very hard to access no entrance from the adjacent parking lot. You can only enter from West bound Eisenhower and only exit to North bound Madison. Them being able to still do business at that crazy intersection is a testament to the quality of service they provide

Maybe not the best coffee in Loveland for the caffeinated snob, but certainly one of the most accessible and dependable. The quick drive-thru, friendly staff, and coffee that doesn’t taste burnt (*cough* Starbucks) makes it a frequent go to when dealing with the rushes of every day life. Their egg burritos are also pretty good when you need some protein. I won’t mark against it in the rating, but the fact that you can only access the store when heading West on Eisenhower makes it a little annoying sometimes.

coffee was burnt and tasted acrid. very dissatisfied. also the parking lot is extremely dangerous with only 1 turn in and its a blind turn. the reasonable entrance through the parking lot was paved over for some reason.

Generally I love Ziggis the product isn’t the problem it was the service. Coming here we normally order the same drinks every visit. So when the drink came out wrong we weren’t mad and just politely notified the worker the drink was wrong instead of apologizing she decided to blame my boyfriend for ordering the wrong drink. Then the food was cold and again instead of apologizing we were given a dirty look as she yanked the food out of my hand and took it back. When she returned the food she again didn’t apologize and blamed the oven.

Ordered hot chocolate with whipped cream and chocolate milk at the window. They used WHOLE MILK, no whipped cream, and put way too much water in. How do you even screw this up when someone’s right in front of you?

Staff was fine, coffee was fine, but who ever designed access to this coffee shop has created the most ridiculous parking lot I’ve ever seen. There is zero access from the parking lot that surrounds it. You can only access it from a turning lane headed west. Then have to pull a bunch of illegal u turns to exit. Don’t care how good your coffee and service is. It’s not worth the hassle to get there. Go to ANY OTHER coffee shop in Loveland.

Always friendly, and cheaper than Starbucks or Dutch Bros. Also, quicker in my experience because they don’t have the same brand recognition as the other two. I’ve been stuck in a 45 minute line at Dutch Bros, and I’ve paid $7 for for a small nitro at Starbucks. Both situations are outrageous. The only reason this Ziggi’s doesn’t get 5 stars is because of the absurd way to get in and out of the place.
