Super quick and easy to get in and out of. The staff are super friendly and I loved hearing the respectful and engaging way the manager seemed to be interacting with the staff. The kids that were on staff tonight need to be trained on customer services. No greeting upon entrance , no acknowledgment at the register, and when I complained instead of offering an apology I was met with an attitude and the two young ladies decided it was a great idea to gather in the corner and proceed to snicker and laugh . First off I love Jersey Mike’s! I’ve have eaten from Mcdoungh Ga to Buford Ga. However today I went to the Duluth location (since September 22), the service was good as usual, but they have a new staff that is cutting the meat. She gave me two pieces of meat for my sandwich, when I asked where’s the meat she said if I want more I need to pay extra for more meat. The price went up and you get less meat. So I paid $7.16 for bread a pile of lettuce, tomatoes, cheese n two pieces of meat!!!!!!!!!

Redeemed my birthday reward online at 10am before this location opened for it to be picked up at 2:15. I arrived later than 2:15, and still had to wait at least 10min for my order, which was frustrating due to being on a time schedule, but the staff was extremely friendly and my order was great.
