I love Togo’s but this store in particular and maybe it was my fault for not opening the sandwich wrapper so I could see inside the sandwich. Nobody does that when you plan on going back to work to eat because you picked up a sandwich for someone else. The other sandwich I ordered was supposed to have peppers, cheese steak. I got to work and my co-worker took 2 bites opened the sandwich and it was just peppers and cheese. Now if they had a menu vegetarian sandwiches that might be a acceptable mistake but it isn’t. It was to far away and my time is money. The time it would take for me to get the sandwich I ordered to bring it back and then have my regular lunch I. That would end up being a 2 hour lunch. Not cool

Went here for some pastrami sandwiches and they did NOT disappoint! The two girls working behind the counter, Lauren and Amanda, were both super friendly and made sure to make our sandwiches exactly the way we wanted! I was lucky enough to get my pepperoncinis cut up for me! Great customer service with a smile 🙂

Usually go here and get a great sandwich. This time going during lunch I got a number 8 (roast beef and turkey) and when I got home to eat the sandwich I was met with a soggy mess. The guy who made it used an ABUNDANCE of mayo to the point where the sandwich bread was completely soggy and dripping out of the sides. Not edible to say the least. Very disappointed.

Day shift gets five stars but pm is an embarrassment. It’s not that busy that you can’t acknowledge people. You literally watch them walk in the front door. Beyond that even them helping you during your process is incredibly disappointing. Will only return here during day shift when the experienced staff works.
