The restaurant was spacious, nice and clean. The pho was fairly okay, not outstanding but pretty average. Soup broth was a bit on the salty side. Too much noodle in a bowl for me and I can’t finish all of it. The noodle was slightly over cooked and the strands break easily as I use the chopsticks to pick it up. Not a fan of noodles like that. The coconut water was kinda good, though. Very thirst quenching after the salty soup.

My husband and I don’t go to the same restaurant often. We went to this place two weeks in a row when we got into town (partially because we didn’t have our boxes unpacked yet). The pho was good, the Bun Bo Hue excellent.

Delicious and authentic. Ignore the bad reviews, listen to the ones with Asian names. The bun Bo hue is the best in the area and the pho is wonderful with large portions. Broth is on point. The owners are sweet and although may not have the tact of a chain resto, they’re more than willing to make sure the experience is authentic. Update: it’s been 4 years since I gave Pho Tran a 5 star review and I still would. The broth alone is worth it. The owners are the sweetest and always ask how my family is doing. I always make sure to take friends there because I love the atmosphere.

So I love spring rolls I’ve been looking for a place online and came across Pho Tran! And I am happy I found them one of the best spring rolls I’ve had the shrimp were very flavorful. The lettuce was very crunchy. The noodle was perfect. I loved it. I ate it with peanut sauce and got a side of fish sauce can never go wrong with fish sauce lol, the only thing I would say is I wish they were a little bigger. They’re a little smaller than what I usually get a pack of big flavor and I love that ! Customer service was terrific. The lady who took my order over the phone was so polite and even when I came to pick it up, she was just so sweet. If you guys are ever in the area or crave for spring rolls, you should really check them out. You won’t be disappointed. ✨❤️
