I actually order from here often, the food is excellent but it’s amazing at the level of incompetence by employees. The more food in your order, the more likely its going to be wrong. They average getting the order right about 50% of the time. Sometimes missing items and Sometimes just wrong items.

The flavor of the food was better than I expected. It was one of a few places open at 11:30pm on a Wednesday night. They actually stay open til 2am. I do agree customer service is not their forte. I had to call out to them to get some help after myself and two others stood out front without acknowledgement for several minutes. I asked the guy what was in their chicken and black bean sauce dish and he mumbled something incoherent then walked away. I had to call him back and ask him to repeat himself and he truly started making stuff up. I asked if he could just ask someone and it was like pulling teeth. When I got home, nothing was in it as he said. Another instance, I repeated my order 3 times and the lady insisted I was wrong, smh. I cannot go there anymore with this level of incompetence. I don’t care how the food taste. There are too many others in the neighborhood!
