I know it takes at least a half hour to an hour to get food at Jack in the box at 2am. During the day with 2 people in front of me it is not acceptable. I waited in the drive thru for more than 20 minutes at lunch time with 2 cars ahead of me. One car took the majority of time but the second car took 3 minutes. When i finally got to the window the employee walked right passed the window and took another order before i drove off. I was going to pay for my order and get my food until she just ignored me. Just not worth the time or money anymore

It took 35 MINUTES! To get my food, I would have left but I was boxed in. I already waited in line for more than 10 minutes before hand, I thought someone was putting a big order before me but barely anything was handed through the window. I use to love going to Jack In the Box but it’s very obvious these employees don’t care about anything. The guy through the drive thru wasn’t even attempting to move more than a crawl and wasn’t even wearing a uniform. My fries ended up being placed in the bag upside down! Not interested in going back.

Waited 45 minutes in the drive thru, only to find out (after waiting at least 10 minutes just to put my order in) that they were out of the food item I wanted. I ordered a sandwich, 6 tacos, and water. Pulled around to the window and waited more. Finally received my change and receipt and noticed the bottled water was not added. I wasn’t about to wait another half hour for a stupid bottle of water, so I let it go. Asked for taco sauce and was told they didn’t have any taco sauce either. I’m visiting from out of state, staying in a nearby hotel, so I had no idea of the total incompetence of the TWO people who were working the drive thru. They were both very unprofessional and didn’t seem to care at all that people were backing out of the drive thru. I do not like to leave bad reviews, but the entire experience warranted this bad review.

Wife and i ordered 12 tacos, 1 fry and 2 drinks. Our order was taken at 1:19. Several people orded after us and got their tacos and food before us. I asked the kid behind the counter what was up with that. He says it will be a second. Well we finally got our order at 2:00. That is 41 min after we ordered. Then we sit down to eat our tacos and they are still frozen in the center. Took one back to the kid behind the counter and told him they are still frozen in the center. They made 10 more tacos. It took us an hour and a half to get our food and finish eating at this restaurant. Probably wont be back.
