We’re situated directly across the street from Carowinds and welcome all theme park enthusiast. District 23 includes Outdoor Patio Seating, 23 TVs and pool tables for our patrons to enjoy. Not only does District23 have great food and drinks, we have entertainment throughout the week for everyone. On Friday & Saturday nights after 9PM, the DJ gets started and our NIGHTLIFE begins.

My cousin and I have discovered this place very recently and we love it. The food is always good esp yhe wings (hot and sweet chili thai) and fries. The drinks are amazing as well. ✨️SUPER SPECIAL SHOUTOUT TO JOY AND BRANDY ✨️ Excellent service from them, they are quick and so sweet. They definitely make the atmosphere!

Me and my wife were visiting Carowinds from Georgia, the female bartenders were very nice. The dj took request and was very cool to talk with. The security was very pleasant at the front. The food was good, drinks were fair priced. My only complaint, is I witnessed an interaction with one of the female bartenders and cook. She came to him while he was playing pool to let him know that there were orders waiting for him. He decided he was gonna blow up on her in front of everyone while also getting physical with her. It was completely uncalled for regardless of any previous interactions we didnt see. There is never a situation where that would be acceptable. I wished the female bartender well, told her she was a delight this evening and left with my wife. It is a shame that this happened. I really hope the owner sees this and reprimands the cook for his behavior. I don’t know if we will be back.

Found this place by chance driving by. Bartender was fabulous, she took care of everyone from the minute you walked in. Happy hour was perfect,my burger was the best I have had for quite a while. As we were just passing thru Charlotte probably won’t return, but if we lived closer, would be a regular!

Five stars, A+, a high-five, and two thumbs up! When my original plans fell through for the evening, I had to figure out where to take my friends at the last minute. We ended up here and I’m so glad we did. The food and service were perfection, which is rare. The wings were sooo good and our bartender Rena was so sweet and attentive. She was so much fun from the time we sat down to the time we left…she definitely made the night even better. We will return and make this our new go-to spot!
