What was there was very good. Had to wait for dark meat chicken and no Mac n cheese for the grandkids. I did try a pizza called sweet chili chicken pizza that almost had me not wanting the chicken. It was very good. Also dessert very good. Save room for that cookie pizza.

My family and I stopped here on our roadtrip and I do not plan on EVER going back here. We waited at the counter for over 20 minutes and no one helped us. The people working here did not even acknowledge us. It wasn’t just us, it was also elderly people. I went over to the buffet and it looked as if the food had been sitting there ALL day. I finally packed my family up and we left and drove 15 minutes down the highway to the Grinnell Pizza Ranch and was greeted with a warm hospitable welcome. They even made the food fresh for us. Please listen when I say… DO NOT EAT HERE!

We stopped after indy races were told we had a half an hour but not to plan on getting any chicken as people were waiting for it. Restaurant was at less than 1/4 capacity yet they couldn’t keep up with pizza. Then watched employees deliver chicken to other tables! I have eaten at pizza ranch multiple times in nebraska and never had an experience like this! Next trip we will find another place to eat.

Me and my wife walked in for a Sunday lunch together and was majorly let down. The salad bar was empty many things fallen into other products, the pizza station was half full of food that had been sitting out for more then an hour, the buffet was empty and unchanged for more then an hour, not a single table was cleaned or cleared off more food on the floor the what was being served. The bathroom was atrocious. Over all this location is unkept, I saw no one trying to remove the dirty dishes from tables clean or restock. I understand short staffing my wife works in kitchens but this was beyond unacceptable to us.We didn’t even sit down we asked for a refund 5 minutes after entering the building. We were given our refund with no hassle but still very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness and care in this establishment.

The food was cold, the cheese sticks were disgusting, the chicken was nasty and the desert pizza was over cooked. The ice cream machine was rattling and noisy and the ice cream had a weird taste. This is the second time I have had a bad experience and will never reccomend anyone to eat here. Overall the food was disgusting and the staff stood around doing nothing.

Good place for a large, casual, and quick meal. A secret to make your experience better is that you can order any kind of pizza you want from the cashier for no extra cost. You don’t have to just hope that you like what Pizzas are brought out. My family loves the fried chicken and sides with that.

Could not keep up with food. That didn’t stop them from letting more and more people in, though. Also the ice cream machine is broken. I overheard staff say it’s going to cost 13,000 to fix it. Should be fixed in no time, then saving on food they didn’t provide. We paid for 3 adults and a child. I could ask my grandson to wait any longer than the 45 minutes we waited for cheese pizza. He never did get his pizza. We left and went elsewhere. No, I didn’t wait to ask for our money back because I honestly didn’t think I would be very professional. I do not plan to go back until I hear of changes.

We ordered 2 specialty pizzas at the time of paying for the buffet. 40 minutes had passed so we checked with the cashier to see how much longer they would be. They notified us that the kitchen had missed that order.
