Came here because the reviews were so good. When we pulled up the kids begged to go to DQ across the road (this place looks pretty worn on the outside). But you definitely can’t judge this book by the cover!!! This place had such good food, service was super friendly, and the prices are great! We had burgers, the Texas burger, club, and milkshakes. Everything was great and if you’re picky about your fountain drinks rest assured they’re good too!

I had a 2 piece catfish dinner with fried okra and salad. The fish has a delicate breading with lots of crunch, and wasn’t overcooked. The okra was likewise light and crisp with no excess grease. Both were obviously made from scratch and cooked to order. Even the salad was good, something you wouldn’t expect at a diner. Someone cares about serving quality here. The 5 star rating is well deserved.

I was really surprised that we had such a terrible experience! I had eaten a burger here before, when I was visiting, and it was one of the best burgers! So fresh and delicious. Yesterday the buns were soggy and I didn’t have fresh avocado slices on my burger. Actually nothing seemed fresh. My husbands bbq sandwich looked like slop on a bun. He had ordered a cowboy burger. My father got sick! Please go back to the fresh and delicious burgers that I had the delight to eat last time I was here.

Ordered two specials. Paid with a debit card and tipped. Girl at the counter would not add cheese to my order after paying because it was less than $5 on my debit card to add. I should not have tipped and will not be back. It was a small thing but annoying. Portions are very small.

Food was good but as we were leaving someone walked outside to give a car an order and walked right back inside with the SAME gloves to make food! VERY DISGUSTING! You just touch door handles that other people touch !!!!!
