This is a family friendly restaurant and tackle shop that has a great selection of fishing equipment. The location offers indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the beautiful lake, a nice boat rap and dock with convenient truck/ trailer parking. The staff members are friendly and knowledgeable. The food was fantastic at a fair price. Bring your family, bring your boat and enjoy everything Victory Sportsman has to offer.

If you’re in or around the Scottsboro area, Victory Sportsman at Goosepond is a great lunch spot and not just for fisherman! Their smash burgers is one of the best I’ve eaten. Highly recommended! Great service, great view of the lake and great food!!

If you’re ever in Scottsboro spending the day on the lake at or near Goosepond Colony, I highly recommend Victory Sportsman at Goose Pond Colony Bait-Tackle-Grill. We had a really good biscuit one morning before we got on the water. The next day, we pulled the boat right up to it for lunch. I had a great cheeseburger & my wife had the turkey club which she really enjoyed. We split an order of their “Tater kegs” which are giant tater tots filled with bacon & cheese that were just awesome.
