The food is OK, but not worth the trouble. The layout is very counterintuitive, you go all the way to the back to order anything. There is no clear line for anything so if it is busy, there is chaos. You have to talk to three people to order coffee and a pastry. Ordering with Tapingo doesn’t help, you still have to talk to a different person for each item and fight the crowd.

The barista stood idle for almost five minutes while I waited for some other people to use the order kiosk before me. When I did finally get my order in, there was loud discussion regarding whether the barista could stay because she was scheduled to be going home. It was decided she would stay and she promptly stayed making sandwiches ignoring the coffee orders that were waiting. A lady two coffee orders behind mine went to the cashier with her ticket and complained that she had to be somewhere and needed her coffee… The cashier went into the prep area washed up and got gloves preparing to make coffee. When the barista saw her she told her she wasn’t needed and she would make the coffee, which she did after making a couple more sandwiches. She started making my coffee and the lady who was in such a hurry kept up a running monologue about how she was making her coffee wrong and she was going to be late and have to throw her coffee away… I’m thankful she at least made the orders in the order they were placed but the delay really wasn’t necessary. There was another person present who went back to making sandwiches once the barista girl moved out of her way and two bored cashier’s one of whom tried to make coffee since she was otherwise occupied. All in all, it was a frustrating experience.

It’s a great option to eat on campus. Not a big fan of the new layout, but food it’s still good. The line is shorter when it not class change time.

The food is pretty good, but the organization is lacking and the price you pay isn’t really worth the food or trouble. It’s a good place to go for lunch on campus on the weekends when nothing else is open.

Great staff, and some healthy selections. The soups are pretty tasty, and the coffee is good.

It is like someone went to a city, saw a cafe, and thought, “Why not flip this around and not indicate the flow so we can call the people in it stupid”.

Seemingly healthy options, but poor execution. The vegetarian wraps are 80% lettuce.
