I absolutely love this place. The food is good and that staff is friendly and accurate most times. However, they need to improve the take-out counter. There is a young lady who doesn’t announce names or order numbers. She literally throws the bags on the counter, walks away, and never says a word. Customers then literally pick through orders that don’t belong to them. Shouldn’t a staff member be up there doing this? It’s not sanitary when people stick their hands in orders that don’t belong to them. Why aren’t those bags sealed? I have had two orders stolen from me as a crowd lurked at the counter. Since no one calls out orders, someone lurking at the counter stole my food. Please fix this issue! Thanks!

This location is weak af. Came for breakfast at 9am and we were the only ones in the drive-thru so it wasn’t busy. The woman at the speaker was surprisingly rude and rushing me when I was only ordering 4 items. When I got the bag, two of the sandwiches were missing and I did not get a receipt. I had to go outside in the rain to get the missing sandwiches and when I got them they were the smallest chicken fillets I’ve ever seen on a chicken biscuit.

This location is so busy all day long and the staff is really excellent. The drive through has a lot of improvements to maximize traffic flow, and they added fans and heat (for winter) for their employees. I believe they are going to rennovate the interior soon, so I look forward to seeing the new look.

Worst delivery experience so far order took over a hour and the app then tried to change the arrival time to 25 minutes earlier and my order is completely wrong. Picture of my large fry, looking like the driver got hungry on the way over, and my deluxe spicy chicken sandwich. Oh and I paid $13 in fees and $5 tip for this.

FIX YOUR DRIVE THRU!!! Wait in a long line only for the OTHER side to have free reign into the second side of the drive thru, while I have been waiting to get to. Fix the back entrance cut off to your drive thru!! It’s not fair for those who wait in the long line on the opposite side!! It’s been this way for a LONG TIME!

Used to be much better in everything. The quality of food and service has gone down tremendously. I used the drive thru to order and it took a good bit of time that I understand. My order didn’t come with any spoon for my soup , no straws for the drinks, 1 sauce for 2 full meals. Half empty large fries. The food itself has gone down in quality and portions.

this is the worst chick fil a location i’ve been too. Very slow drive thru, the employees who were running the drive thru were not very “hygienic” (booger nose) and once i get to the window I got my food but not my drink. I waited about 5 minutes then just left because they could not give me a sweet tea. I expect better

Been coming here a long time. Family loves chick fil a, but lately the regular chicken sandwiches have not been breaded properly. They look like grilled chicken sandwiches. Fix that and I’ll come back and not divert to the new Penrose chick fil a who breads there chicken properly.
