I’ve heard that this pizza was good. Finally made it there after being here a year. Ate in, my husband in I were the only two dining in. The service was horrible. Ordered a Greek salad no onions no peppercinis very little feta cheese how is this a Greek Salad. Very expensive pizza and very little toppings. I ordered mushrooms on my half only had about four. Waitress didn’t come back when she saw a glass was empty than had to wait .To get another glass of beer because she wasn’t old enough to serve it and the cook was to busy in the kitchen. I’m sorry but I won’t be back. If your going to call yourself a restaurant be fully staffed so people could enjoy their dining experience.

For not being New York pizza, it was very tasty and the crust was fantastic. The gentleman behind the counter was lovely and provided excellent service. However the woman working behind the scenes in the kitchen had a horrible attitude. We spoke to her on several occasions and each time she was unjustifiably rude.

Food is good but you’ll definitely have to wait over an hour for delivery and you have about a 50/50 chance of the food being room temp when you get it. Also ordered garlic butter with the pizza and it wasn’t delivered. Called and was told it would be about 10 min and they would have it out. That was 48 minutes ago.

Have not been inside, always had delivery. Delivery fee is kinda high but the food is usually amazing. I recommend trying their garlic knots. 4 stars because of delivery fee and one time I had no garlic sauce on the knots.

The food is great but the service is lack luster. If you order for pickup they always put you on hold. Delivery takes between 1&2 hours Everytime. Dining in is not much better. I I wish they would work on customer service and organizing their employees because the food is fantastic! Yes it was at Alexandria but on 3/28

Good food! Never had a bad experience. Notice alot of people complaining about delivery speed, but when your food is made to order unlike little Cesar’s it takes time. I would rather wait an hour for good food than 10 min for garbage food! Freindly staff and always a pleasent experience when I dine in. If you have an issue bring it to their attention and it will get fixed. Will continue to be a returning customer.

In a nutshell… This place is horrendous now. It used to be a good place to go. But now it’s just horrible. Asked for a bottle beer while I decide what I wanted order. After they brought the beer they decided to ask me for ID. I’m 59 years old… Ordered a 12 piece wing plate to go. There was only one other customer there eating. I waited 50 minutes for this to go order… This is the second bad experience in a matter of 3 weeks… there will not be a 3rd time charmer… Had similar experiences here about a year and a half maybe two years ago…
