If I could zero stars, I would. I ordered a calzone for a 5:30 pickup. Walked in a couple minutes early and was told that the delivery driver took my order, which I’m not sure I believe. Fine, I ask how long to make it. 7 minutes. OK, I have some extra time. Walk back in 7 minutes later, wait a few minutes in the lobby, then the 2 workers realize that neither made my order. The young lady started to make the calzone that I ordered and I told her forget it. Believe it or not, I had somewhere to be, and I can’t wait any longer. I told them that this was ridiculous and was offered a refund. I should have gotten more than just my money back, but I don’t want anything from here anyways. Don’t waste your time here, these workers can’t handle simple orders. I should have trusted the other bad reviews. I won’t be back, and I hope that people stay away from this location. I’ve never had something like this happen, the employee should be fired if she can’t do the job.

We used to order cottage inn all the time so thought we would give Warren’s location a try. Delivery was fast and the driver was friendly. The pizza we got was not what we had ordered and was missing the flavored crust as well. Overall the taste is still great but getting what we ordered would have been awesome. We understand it is a new location and we will give it another try down the road after people have been trained more.

Food was delivered before the estimated time of arrival. When I received it, it was still piping hot. Chicken could have been cooked a little bit more. But not bad, real juicy. Satisfied customer. Will be to see ya again.

Better off going to little ceasars, their breadsticks are thicker. I got the wrong sauce. Pizza was cold and was lazily cut, and toppings seemed like an after thought cause they fell off with ease when picked up. Don’t recommend this location at all

Don’t get a sub. As ood as it seems those workers are spiteful. Cut the sub right down the middle a whole 12 inches so majority of the toppings dropped right threw. I was patient this order took 1 hr longer then stated, extra mayonnaise was hide under the foil sub and I literally stated new customer I will tip. Avoid this place… so messed up had potential of being an actual good blt sub

Great food here and they are fast. I order here at least once every two weeks, their bread and garlic cups are the best and a must have. I also get the chicken pizza with afredo sauce, that’s great as well.

Ordered a square deep dish and they made me a round. Hardly any cheese on it and they could not even cut the slices all the way thru. We won’t be going back. I have had a better $5 pizza. Also dry and cold. I don’t know how they stay in business.
