Every starbucks is the same in my opinion. Customer service is always good and overpriced drinks taste amazing. I tried the iced shaken espresso with a shot of caramel, not bad if you need to wake up. I also got the strawberry refresher with no water and no ice. Apparently they are jumping on the (no ice means pay more $) bandwagon, which I am not happy about. The drink is mostly Ice and water. They will continue in the mean time to let customers buy the refresher with no water at least. Depending on the size you get, you can make several drinks by adding your own water.

Wouldn’t make a breakfast sandwich even though they had it because they are “done for today” with that specific sandwich. Tryed to ordered at 4pm, just walked away no attempt made to offer anything else. Never going back.

Usually love this Starbucks but this time there was a worked I had never seen, Julia and she had absolutely terrible customer service. Very rude and snarky. Acted like I was dumb because I didn’t know terms correctly and didn’t hear her the first time she asked size. You should work on her with customers. Very disappointed. Thank you.

Ask to redeem a cheese danish (50 stars) but the barista said it needs 150 stars. So I bought one. She didn’t tell the oven was ready to clean at the time I paid so she cannot warm it for me until I asked.

The girls here are always really friendly, they know my name and greet me, and they make the drinks perfect. I go to a lot of Starbucks because I travel for work and this locations drinks always taste really good, like they are made with love and care. So 10/10 to the employees working here!!

The woman with no apron on so I don’t know her name and thick eyeliner had a huge attitude. Didn’t feel comfortable or welcomed. I work at Starbucks as well and I’d never treat my customers like that.
