Great service, creative menu, relaxing atmosphere, all in convenient Cape Coral location. Coffee encrusted filet mignon was really good. My wife enjoyed the triple tail seafood special. Food is creatively inspired. Escargot was in a cream sauce with pine nuts and mushrooms. Great selection of wines. Owner was super involved in making sure our dining experience was pleasurable. Jonathan was probably one of the best servers I have ever encountered. Really nice.

On vacation, saw the other reviews so drove an hour to have dinner. It was amazing from the cocktails, to the clams casino, which was the best I have had. To the Elk chops!! I have never had Elk, but it was the talk of the dining room. Jonathan. Was our server and he was so friendly and recommending the best food. Definitely will be back!!

The only reason I gave it a four instead of a five is the menu is limited. The atmosphere is lovely low lighting, candles, very romantic. Great place for Valentine’s Day or special occasion. Friendly, attentive service from Terese our server and all the staff. We had the Garlic Oishii Shrimp for an appetizer. My husband had the Filet Mignon ( coffee crusted, sautéed spinach and fingerling potatoes) and I had the Ribeye Steak (Porcini crusted, sweet baby peppers, Parmesan mash). Both our steaks were done to the right temperature, flavorful and delicious. Though romantically lit, you could read the menu fairly easily but we were offered a special light which we did accept when it came to dealing with the bill. (Smaller print ) Some of the negative reviews I read were basically disappointment that it was no longer Slates with Slates menu. Yes, disappointing that Slates is gone (we very much enjoyed it when it was Slates) but if you take Sip and Dine as its own restaurant with its own menu I think you will enjoy it.

Michael did everything to make our visit enjoyable. He suggested the ribeye and the lamb. He was right. Although he said that any thing on the menu would have been great. The ribeye was so tender you could almost cut it with your fork. It came with a generous portion of mashed potatoes and orange peppers. Dessert was unusual. Chocolate sushi with strawberry and kiwi dip. Delicious. Truly an exceptional dining experience.

Everything about this restaurant is wonderful. The staff is attentive and welcoming. The food is flavorful and unique. The owners don’t focus on the quantity but the quality. The small plates are fun because it gives you an opportunity to try a few different items on the menu. I highly recommend the lamb chops.Two little lamb chops seasoned and cooked to perfection. What a fantastic edition to Cape Coral!

Absolutely outstanding! I cannot say enough about the welcoming warm staff, service, and the food is just beyond anything I have experienced in Cape Coral/ Ft Myers area. I am so glad we found Sip and Dine. The wine selection and cocktails are beyond compare. We will see them all next week and I cannot wait. You need to try the elk, fish dip, boar, hell! Try everything! You will not be disappointed!
