I ordered this through DoorDash with this Pollo Loco location. Not all of my food arrived, the food that did was decent. But this, really made me throw up. I was eating the chips and found a dead roach in the end of the bag!!! Ugh Just taking the photo made me wanna throw up. Idk if this is a one off thing but if there are roaches in that pollo loco, there must be a ton more. Never ordering from here again. Honestly through up after I saw that.

I understand the fact that it was close to New Years Eve when the business is busy, but the people who are working here can’t get a food order correctly. When my family came to order the family meal special, we expected it to come with everything that they had to offer. Instead, the people had decided not to put in the salad and churros. They even ignored us when we asked for extra paper plates. By the time we realized that they screwed up our order, it was too late to go back and also because it was raining. I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants to go there.
